These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Végétalents platform, a recruitment platform specialized in the flowers and plants sector in France.

By accessing and using Végétalents, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

Definitions

• Platform: The Végétalents website and all its associated services
• User: Any person using the platform
• Candidate: Person seeking employment in the flowers and plants sector
• Employer: Company or professional seeking candidates
• Training Organization: Institution offering training in the sector
• Services: All features offered by Végétalents

Account Creation and Management

Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for the security of your password
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account types

• Candidate Account: Free access to job search and profile management
• Employer Account: Limited free access or full access via subscription
• Training Organization Account: Access to publish student profiles and apprenticeship offers

For candidates

• Creation and management of a professional profile
• Search and view job offers
• Online application to offers
• Communication with employers
• Access to career guides and resources

For employers

• Creation of a company profile
• Publication of job offers
• Candidate search (depending on subscription)
• Direct contact with candidates (depending on subscription)
• Application management

User Obligations

By using Végétalents, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users and the community
• Not send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not post illegal, offensive or inappropriate content
• Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Not extract or copy content from the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws, particularly employment laws

Prohibited Content

• Discriminatory content (origin, gender, age, religion, disability, etc.)
• Defamatory or slanderous content
• Violent or threatening content
• Explicit sexual content
• False information or identity theft
• Promotion of illegal activities
• Intellectual property rights violation

Pricing and Payments

Pricing plans

• Free limited access: Limited candidate preview, no direct contact
• Premium Subscription (€49/month): Full access, direct contact, unlimited posts
• UNF Membership (€120/year): All Premium benefits included + UNF professional benefits

Payment terms

• Secure payments via Stripe
• Automatic renewal (cancellable at any time)
• No pro-rata refund in case of early cancellation
• 7-day trial period to test the Premium service

Intellectual Property

All elements of the Végétalents platform (design, logo, content, code) are the exclusive property of Végétalents SAS and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you post on the platform (CV, photos, descriptions).

By posting content, you grant Végétalents a non-exclusive license to use, display and distribute this content as part of our services.

Liability

Végétalents acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We are not responsible for employment relationships or disputes between users.

We do not systematically verify the accuracy of information published by users.

Contractual relationships (hiring, employment contracts) are made directly between employers and candidates.

We strive to ensure the availability of the platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Moderation and Sanctions

Végétalents reserves the right to moderate content and sanction users in case of violation of the ToS:

• Remove or hide inappropriate content
• Warn users
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently terminate an account in case of serious violation
• Report illegal content to the relevant authorities

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings.

Végétalents may terminate your account in case of violation of the ToS, after notification.

Termination results in the deletion of your personal data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Changes to the ToS

We may modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
